Frembassy Inc. (hereinafter the “Company”) recognizes the importance of protecting personal information. We comply with laws concerning the protection of personal information, and strive to appropriately handle and protect it in accordance with the following Privacy Policy:

Management of Personal Information

The Company will provide our employees with necessary and appropriate supervision in order to ensure safety management of personal information against the risk of loss, destruction, alteration, and leakage thereof.

Collection of Personal Information

The Company will collect the following personal information:

­ E-mail address
­ Date of birth
­ Lodging place in Japan
­ Other information that users enter in the input form specified by the Company
⑵ Information that the Company collects when users use our services:
­ Terminal information
­ Logging information
­ Cookies and anonymous identification
­ Positional information

Purposes of Use of Personal Information

The Company will use personal information for the following purposes:
­ To provide the Company’s services
­ To be provided for our affiliated restaurants to the extent necessary for Tokyo Dinner Ticket service
­ To be provided for giving information, making contact and responding to inquiries about the Company’ services
­ To deliver e-mail magazines, etc.
­ To transmit or send information about products and services recommended by the Company
­ To settle charges, etc.
­ To be used for improvement of the Company’s services and development of new services
­ To create statistical data after processing it into a form under which specific individuals are unidentifiable
­ To respond to acts in violation of the Company’s rules and policies (hereinafter “Rules”) related to our services
­ To notify change of Rules related to the Company’s services
­ Other purposes incidental to the above use purposes

Prohibition of Disclosure/Provision of Personal Information to Third Party

When providing personal information, the Company will take measures not to provide it to any third party without the consent of the user, provided that this will not apply if any of the following conditions are met:
­ If the Company consigns all or part of the handling of personal information to a party to the extent necessary for achievement of the purpose of use
­ If personal information is provided on the grounds of business succession in merger or for other reasons (this includes, in addition to transfer of the business, a corporate split-up and any and all cases where the business is transferred)
­ If it is provided under laws and regulations
­ If it is necessary for protection of human life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the user’s consent
­ If it is specifically necessary for the improvement of public sanitation or the promotion of sound development of the juvenile, and it is difficult to obtain the user’s consent
­ If there is necessity to cooperate with a national organ or regional public body, or other person commissioned by it to perform work specified in laws and regulations, where obtaining the user’s consent may interfere with the performance of the work

Provision of Personal Information to Third Party

When a user books a table at a restaurant affiliated with the Company through Tokyo Dinner Ticket service, the Company provides the affiliated restaurant with all or part of the user’s personal information (the name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and other personal information provided by the user for us).

Sharing

The Company will use communally personal information for the following purposes:
1. Items of personal information used communally
Users’ names, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, and other personal information provided by users for the Company
2. Scope of the persons who use it:
Restaurants that have entered into a business collaboration agreement with the Company
3. Purposes of use by the above persons:
For restaurants that have entered into a business collaboration agreement with us to accept users and their bookings through the use of Tokyo Dinner Ticket service

Safety Management of Personal Information

The Company will strive to prevent unauthorized access to personal information, its leakage, destruction, damage, loss, and alteration by taking precautions for safety management of personal information, and always endeavor to improve them.

Appropriate Acquisition of Personal Information

The Company will acquire personal information appropriately without using false or other illegal means.

Disclosure of Personal Information

When a user requests disclosure of personal information under the provisions of the Private Information Protection Law, the Company will disclose it without delay after confirming that it is made by the user. However, this will not apply if the Company is not liable to disclose it under the Private Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations. Please note in advance that you need to pay a fee (1,000 yen/per request) for disclosure of personal information.

Continuous Improvement

The Company will comply with laws, regulations, and other standards in Japan applicable to personal information possessed by us and shall strive to improve the content of this Policy by reviewing it as appropriate.

Revision of Personal Information Protection Policy

The Company may revise the Personal Information Protection Policy without prior notice in response to changes in social conditions, advancement in techniques, or various environmental changes. If there is any change to the Policy, the revised Policy will be automatically applied upon publication on the Tokyo Dinner Ticket. When a change is made, it will be announced on the Tokyo Dinner Ticket or by other means that the Company deems appropriate.

Use of Cookies

The Company may use cookies (including other technic similar to them). A cookie stores temporarily data in a user’s PC when the user uses a website. By using it, the user’s activity history (URLs or content accessed, etc.) may be obtained. If a user does not like to have the user’s information obtained, the user can invalidate cookies by changing the setting of the web browser. However, if a user invalidates cookies, part of the Company’s services, such as the function of login preservation, may become unavailable.
